The uniqueness of the text should be 90-100%. If the uniqueness of the text is medium and low (51-89%), the work needs to be processed and refined. At uniqueness of 50 and below percent manuscript returns without the right to further consideration.

The authors, after receiving the reviewed article, take into account the reviewer's comments, but do not delete his comments in the margins of the manuscript! This can only be done by the editor-in-chief. Highlight everything that has been changed in the article in color. If you disagree with certain comments, write in the margins of the manuscript and justify why you disagree.
